Do I need to keep my phone nearby while I sleep?
Yes, place your phone face down on your nightstand or mattress. Exella works best within a metre of where you sleep for accurate tracking.
Is Exella free to use?
Exella is free to download with core tracking features included. A premium plan unlocks advanced insights, sleep trends, and smart alarm customization.
How does the smart alarm work?
